Gallery Terms and Conditions

1. Images and text submitted to the Gallery can be stored and used on Carte Blanche Greetings websites.
2. By sumitting your image to the Gallery you are confirming that it is your own original work and yours alone and that it does not infringe the copyright of any other person or organisation. You are also confirming that you have the permission of any person featured in the image to submit the image to the Gallery.
3. By submitting the image you are granting Carte Blanche Greetings and any of its agents and contracted companies a free (free of charge) irrevocable licence to use, modify, adapt the image for any purpose, anywhere, for all time.
4. Carte Blanche Greetings reserves the right to edit an image or related text prior to the images being displayed in the Gallery. Carte Blanche Greetings also reserves the right not to display an image submitted to the gallery for any reason and to remove any image for any reason at any time without notice.
5. If you do not consent to the terms and conditions of the gallery, or you are unsure of them, do not submit your image to the gallery.
