Competition Terms and Conditions


  1. This competition will run from 8th May 2008 (the "Start Date") to midnight GMT 30th June 2008 (the "Closing Date").
  2. The promoter of this competition is Carte Blanche Greetings Ltd, Unit 3 Chichester Business Park, Chichester, West Sussex. PO20 2FT ("CBG").
  3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland only, excluding employees or agents of CBG or anyone else connected to the competition and/or their immediate family.
  4. Only one entry per person is allowed. Only entries made via http://www.mybluenosefriends.co.uk or http://www.mybluenosefriends.com or http://www.mybluenosefriends.eu will be accepted. All submitted entries become the property of CBG and will not be returned. Entrants hereby assign all worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.
  5. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  6. CBG will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt. Correspondence will be entered into only at the discretion of CBG.
  7. All entries for the competition must be received no later than midnight BST on 30th June 2008 to be eligible for selection.
  8. The winning entries will be selected at random by CBG or its agents from all correct entries within 2 weeks of the closing date. The judge's decision is final.
  9. The prize winners will be notified in writing that they have won the prize within 14 days of the draw taking place.
  10. Personal information about the prize winner will be shared with CBG's agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to the prize winner.
  11. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, CBG reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
  12. Entrants accept that, if they win, CBG will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes. Entrants may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
  13. The name of the winners and the winning entries will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the Closing Date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, the address of CBG shown in clause 1 above, requesting details of the winning entry.
  14. By submitting their entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms.
  15. This competition and the terms and conditions of it will be governed by English Law and you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
